Thank you for asking...the flowers were delivered on the correct date. A photo of the bouquet was sent to me by the recipient...though it was lovely, it was not exactly as pictured on the website...A substitution for alstroemeria (filler) was made, the vase was not the same and the ribbon/bow was not included. Because of the changed in flowers, it was difficult to tell whether the bouquet was even the size I ordered. Still, the recipient thought they were lovely, and that's the point. It was a nice touch not to have to pay any service fee or delivery for local purchase!!!
Flowers were great and my wife loved them. However the lady bringing us the flowers knocked strongly on our door and let the flowers on the ground even not talking to my wife. I guess you can improve the piece of the service
